Holding a Master 2 degree in general private law and another in environmental law, Agathe began her career honing her legal skills with lawyers practicing before the Courts of Cassation. For three years, she wrote dissertations in civil law, commercial law, and health law.

Agathe then joined a firm specializing in healthcare law and developed a passion for supporting independent practitioners. Today, Agathe has established her own practice, much to the delight of healthcare professionals, and continues to collaborate with a firm of lawyers practicing before the Courts of Cassation to further develop her expertise.

And because her passion is contagious, Agathe teaches civil procedure at the University of Nanterre and speaks in middle and high schools for the Initiadroit association, raising awareness of the law among young people.

Agathe practices in health law (contracts, social security), contract law, and civil procedure.
