Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to all visitors to the website www.seconda.fr (the "Site"), hereinafter referred to as "Users", to inform them about the information collected in connection with their use of the Site.

During use of the Site, the following data is collected:

 
- For all Users:

  • connection log data (IP address, date and time of connection);


- For persons completing the contact form, the following is also collected:

  • first name, last name, email address, telephone number, as well as any information you provide in your message.


The personal information collected is intended: 

  • for persons completing the contact form, to enable us to respond to the request;

  • more generally, to compile Site usage statistics, in particular to develop new features;

  • where applicable, to comply with legal obligations.

 

Accordingly, the provision of Users' personal information is intended to manage access to the services available on the Site and to respond to requests. The personal information collected may be accessed by Seconda's staff and, where applicable, its network of jurists (the Secondants), by supervisory/control services, and also by our processors (in particular our host), strictly within the scope of the purposes set out above.

Furthermore, it should be noted that every User is required to comply with the aforementioned Data Protection Act and GDPR, breach of which is punishable by criminal penalties. Where, for example, acting on behalf of a third party, the User wishes to send personal information concerning that party, they must do so in compliance with the law. In particular, the User must refrain, with respect to personal information, from any collection, any misuse, and, more generally, from any act likely to harm the privacy or reputation of individuals.

All the elements making up the Site — in particular the texts, drawings, trademarks, logos, data, animations, illustrations, photographs, computer code, arrangements, assemblies, or all or part of the design or format of the Site, including downloadable documents — are and remain the property of Seconda. Seconda grants only an authorisation to view the content of the Site, on a personal basis, excluding any public display or dissemination. The reproduction authorisation is granted solely in digital form on your viewing computer, for the purpose of displaying the pages accessed by the browser software. Any other use — such as the reproduction of trademarks, drawings and logos, as well as the use of content by third parties, in particular for text and data mining — is prohibited without our prior and express authorisation. In particular, Seconda formally prohibits the downloading of all or a quantitatively substantial part of all or part of the Site.
