Organizing elections, negotiating agreements on the functioning of institutions, mandatory information and consultation processes, managing collective disputes, compensation policy, reorganizations with or without impact on employment, workforce management, career development and skills development, mandatory negotiations, occupational health, negotiations on quality of life and working conditions, prevention of psychosocial risks… Alexandra has 25 years of experience in employment law, and particularly in collective bargaining law, both in advisory and litigation matters.

Initially an associate in a niche employment law firm, Alexandra then joined a major British firm and subsequently a prestigious French business law firm as Counsel. From 2013, she practiced as a partner in two successive international firms.

In January 2024, Alexandra founded her own firm specializing in employment law.

Throughout these years, Alexandra has worked across all sectors (food processing, automotive, banking, cement, energy, IT, pharmaceuticals, music, and tourism) and has advised on major transactions such as the sale of Printemps to Qatar, the merger between Direct Energie and Poweo, and Solvay's takeover bid for Rhodia. And because Alexandra is committed to teamwork, she has also been teaching for about ten years at Paris 2 University on workforce planning and career development within companies, and at Paris 1 University on the Social and Economic Committee (CSE).

Alexandra also knows how to unwind when she closes the door of her office to enjoy a swim or practice her scales on the piano.

Alexandra practices labor law, particularly in collective bargaining.
