At Lyon 3 University, Chloé didn't hesitate for long. Her path would be that of workers, whom she initially followed closely, exploring the field of international mobility.

After being sworn in, Chloé practiced in several Parisian law firms for seven years. While her passion for labor law was only reinforced, Chloé gained a new certainty: she would now be in charge.

In 2022, Chloé took the plunge and set up her own practice.

Among labor law professionals, Chloé is equally at home advising both employees and employers. There is no discrimination between the different components of the discipline either: execution and termination of employment contracts, harassment, occupational illnesses and workplace accidents, but also employee representation and union relations, the definition and tax and social security treatment of severance pay, professional redeployment, occupational health and safety, and professional elections—no aspect of the field escapes her expert eye.

And when Chloé takes a break from employees and employers, it's to look after her colleagues, the "Lawy'hers," whom she regularly gathers for breakfast, with her characteristic energy and enthusiasm.
