After defending his thesis on hierarchical power, Clément passed the competitive examination for professorship in public law in 2014 and joined the University of Western Brittany, which he left in 2018 for the University of Angers.

Within the field of public law, Clément has chosen not to limit himself. His initial area of expertise was public service law, but over time he has considerably broadened his scope.

At the university, he teaches administrative institutions, administrative liability, public service law, administrative litigation, and general administrative law.

And it's not just for students that Clément keeps things interesting. His regular publications cover topics as diverse as mandatory vaccination, the nature of the Regional Health Agency, administrative settlements, and the theory of internal administrative measures.

Clément is committed to putting his expertise to use in practice and in resolving disputes. In addition to his consulting work, Clément has developed particular expertise in alternative dispute resolution and has earned a mediation diploma.

And in the fall of 2024, Clément decided to add the black robe to her legal profession by taking the oath as a lawyer.
