— Certificate of Specialization in Rural Law
University Diploma in Agriculture and Environmental Law
University Diploma in Agricultural Taxation
Master 2 in Fundamental Private Law, University of Western Brittany

François has chosen to dedicate his legal practice to those who value the land and its produce.

And he has made it happen.

After training in fundamental private law, François earned two university diplomas (D.U.), one in agricultural taxation and agriculture, and the other in environmental law. His expertise has been recognized by his peers: François holds a specialization certificate in rural law awarded by the French National Bar Council (CNB).

François initially practiced for several years in leading law firms specializing in agricultural business law before founding his own firm, EOST ("harvest" for non-Breton speakers), in January 2025, as a tribute to his roots in Finistère.

Mastering both the principles of general civil law and the specificities of rural law, François handles a very wide range of subjects: from rural leases to the transfer of farms, including quality labeling law, subsidies, family law for farmers, agricultural organizations and cooperatives, environmental agricultural law, and forestry and hunting.

And François is not just a legal expert: holding a professional agricultural qualification (vocational baccalaureate in agricultural business management), François possesses practical knowledge that allows him to grasp all the issues in his cases with a particularly keen eye.

Even in his hobbies (agronomy, rowing, surfing), François remains connected to nature.

François practices rural law, agricultural and agri-food law, and agricultural cooperative law.
