Lydia has 37 years of experience working for the Departmental Directorate of Equipment (DDE) of Eure-et-Loir, and later Morbihan, which became the Departmental Directorate of Territories and the Sea (DDTM) in 2010.

Throughout her rich and varied career, Lydia initially acquired expertise in diverse fields (urban planning documents, training, communication, human resources management) before shifting her focus to urban planning. She has ultimately specialized in coastal law expertise for the past thirteen years in a department facing significant land pressure.

A leading expert at the national and regional levels, Lydia has collaborated with numerous stakeholders in Morbihan and Brittany: local elected officials, inter-municipal bodies, urban planning and architecture professionals (Architects of the Buildings of France, architects, CAUEs, etc.), and consular chambers (Chamber of Agriculture and Regional Shellfish Farming Committee).

Lydia recently retired, which allows her to dedicate more time to dancing, fitness, kayaking, and other activities.

However, she continues to work as a Coastal Law expert, sharing her knowledge and experience in a field that is particularly close to her heart.
