Master 2 in Justice and Procedural Law, Panthéon-Assas University
The judicialization of criminal investigations, emergency justice, pretrial detention, the protection of fundamental rights, house arrest—these are all subjects that hold no secrets for Pauline.
After obtaining her Master 2 degree in "Justice and Procedural Law," Pauline wrote a thesis entitled "The Judge of Freedoms and Detention: Between Present and Future."
She was appointed Lecturer at Panthéon-Assas University, where she teaches general criminal law, criminal procedure, criminal policy, and criminology.
Pauline also serves as Director of Studies at the Pierre Raynaud Institute of Judicial Studies and is responsible for preparing students for the CRFPA entrance exam.
Pauline enjoys exchanging and debating her ideas. She is also a member of the board of directors of the French Association of Criminal Law, the executive committee of the International Committee of Francophone Criminal Lawyers, the scientific committee of the Observatory of Criminal Justice, and a founding member of the Club des Professions du Droit (Legal Professions Club). Pauline is also the scientific editor of the journal La Gazette du Palais (Lextenso) and a member of the scientific committees of the journals Les Cahiers de la Justice and Lexbase Pénal.
And when she's not practicing, Pauline enjoys escaping reality and loves capturing moments, her camera always close at hand.
Pauline practices criminal law and criminal procedure.
