Passionate about law, both its technical and ideological aspects, Rebecca has chosen private international law as her area of expertise.

She is the author of a thesis entitled "Fundamental Rights and Private International Law: Reflections on Personal and Family Matters," which has been honored with several awards, including the prize from the Bar Association of the Council of State and the Court of Cassation, the research prize from the National School for the Judiciary, the prize from the French Branch of the International Law Association, and the prestigious André Isoré Prize from the Chancellery of the Universities of Paris.

Having graduated top of her class in the competitive examination for professorship in private law, Rebecca teaches at the University of Nanterre.

Rebecca's expertise encompasses all its facets: private international law concerning persons, family, and obligations, both within and outside the European Union.

She has also developed skills in arbitration and international trade law.
