Between research and practice, Yann made his choice: he would do both.

After studying at the University of Rennes, Yann went to Paris to write his thesis and subsequently qualified as a lecturer.

Yann then returned to Rennes to practice law and teach courses in distribution law, competition law, and international trade law at the Rennes Faculty of Law, Sciences Po, and ENS Rennes.

From structuring (framework agreements, consortia, franchises, concessions, commercial agencies, platforms, online sales, click and collect) to compliance (competition, consumer law, eGalim, P2B, DMA, DSA, GDPR), Yann covers the entire field of economic law.

Yann also regularly publishes articles and columns on distribution and economic law.

And when Yann isn't working on the law, he's busy playing handball or strumming his guitar.
