Convinced he would "never be a lawyer because it's the worst job in the world" - in his defense, he grew up surrounded by three of them - Fred-éric was caught by his family atavism and decides to take the Bar exam at nearly thirty.
His early career in business in France and French-speaking sub-Saharan Africa, between sustainable development and microfinance, together with his academic background in economics and management, naturally led him to choose business law, to support entrepreneurs.
Fred-éric saves the grand speeches for the Paris stages, where he has performed regularly for nearly ten years with his theatre troupe because, in law, his passion is legal technique and argumentation, and his dream is to contribute to the evolution of law.
Fred-éric met Néda to ask her about her practice alongside the avocats aux Conseils (Supreme Court Lawyers). Néda then shares her idea of bringing together legal professionals to deliver pure-law legal opinions to lawyers… He was struck by how much the project resonates with him and echoes his personal aspirations.
He threw himself in, with all the energy and entrepreneurial spirit that characterise him.
After several months of discussions, heated debates, brilliant (and sometimes dubious) ideas, people met and small victories, Seconda was born.
