Harassment, discrimination, diversity, equal pay—more than just labor law, Marie has made defending human rights in the workplace her specialty.

In her thesis, entitled “Diversity: A Study in Labor Law,” as well as in her numerous articles, in the courses and training sessions she leads, and in her university involvement, Marie passionately champions her commitments.

After beginning her career as a lecturer in Tours, Marie returned to Bordeaux at the beginning of 2023, where she had completed all of her studies and begun her teaching career. Marie teaches labor law (individual and collective), unemployment insurance law, and fundamental rights and freedoms in the workplace.

And because she knows that one can do serious work without taking oneself too seriously, Marie developed a serious game at the University of Bordeaux called Athémis, which aims to help students analyze the decisions of the Court of Cassation and the Council of State.

Marie practices employment law and, across all areas, addresses issues of equality and discrimination.
