After obtaining her Master 2 degree in Advanced Private Law from the University of Bordeaux, Morgane moved to Marseille to join a firm renowned for its expertise in maritime and transport law.

During those eight years, Morgane developed expertise in all areas related to maritime practice and international transport: chartering, maritime agency services, marine insurance, damage claims, freight forwarding, shipbuilding and repair, logistics, handling, towing, seizure and release of vessels, and cargo transport.

In early 2025, Morgane became a partner, still in Marseille, in a business law firm and continues to advise various stakeholders in the sector (shipowners, charterers, freight forwarders, and insurers specializing in civil liability, protection and indemnity (P&I), and hull and machinery (H&M) insurance).

Morgane is involved in numerous activities related to her practice: she is Vice-President of the Transport and Logistics Law Commission of the AIJA (International Association of Young Lawyers), as well as a member of the board of directors of the AFDM (French Maritime Law Association) and the Standing Committee of Young Lawyers of the International Maritime Committee (yCMI).

Morgane also speaks at international conferences of the CMI, YMLA, and AIJA and is a member of the CMI's International Working Group (IWG) on Autonomous Ships (MASS).

And when she's not at sea, Morgane travels in search of inspiration, indulging her passion for interior design and global craftsmanship.
