Thesis: The Transfer of Assets

After defending her thesis on "The Transfer of Assets" in Rennes, Nadège decided to conquer the south. First appointed Lecturer at the University of Toulouse, she then taught for two years in Perpignan after passing the competitive examination for university teaching positions, before returning to Toulouse, where she currently teaches.

Nadège's areas of expertise? Corporate law, estate law, and tax law.

In her regular columns on corporate and tax law, Nadège explores the most technical subjects, such as the usufruct of shares, the withdrawal of a partner, the contribution-gift of securities, and the application of registration fees to fixtures.

Nadège is also a member of the National Federation of Estate Law.

And when Nadège isn't sharing her expertise in private law, she ventures off the beaten path to discover new landscapes, always with good rock music in her ears.

Nadège practices corporate law, estate law, and tax law for individuals and businesses.
