Since being admitted to the bar in 2010, Solène has honed her skills in some of the most prestigious law firms, where she developed specific expertise in real estate sales and commercial leases, both in advisory and litigation matters.

Acquisition, sale, and management of real estate assets or companies; rent review and renewal proceedings; various landlord-tenant disputes; and litigation related to the sale of existing or planned buildings are just some of the issues Solène handles on a daily basis.

Passionate about law and legal practice, Solène taught civil law for several years at various Parisian universities and regularly conducts training sessions on commercial lease law.

An avid equestrian, Solène has combined her two passions by adding recognized expertise in equine law to her repertoire and joining the Institute of Equine Law, where she actively contributes through training courses she leads and written articles. Solène is also the co-author of two recent books: *The Law of Horses and Riding*, with Manuel Carius and Marion Wujek-Deshayes, and *Owning an Equine in 50 Questions*, part of a collaborative work.

Solène is also a member of the Law and Procedure Association.

Solène practices real estate law, particularly commercial leases and real estate sales, and equine law.
