Master 2 in Law, Administration and Financial Management of Local Authorities, Panthéon-Sorbonne University

With two Master's degrees in Constitutional Law and Local Government Law from Paris 1 University, Vincent passed the bar exam and practiced for a year in Parisian law firms specializing in public law.

Vincent honed his academic skills and broadened his expertise, expanding his areas of specialization to include public service, urban planning, immigration law, as well as administrative policing, education law, and public authority liability. Thus equipped, he established his own practice at the beginning of 2021.

In 2025, his expertise expanded further, and Vincent now also handles financial proceedings before the Court of Auditors and Regional Audit Chambers, assisting individuals and public officials facing legal challenges.

Vincent is not only a brilliant public lawyer, but also one of those committed advocates who actively participate in and speak out to defend the causes they believe in.

Vincent provides free legal consultations to associations that support individuals in their legal processes. He was able to participate in the Caen Memorial's human rights moot court competition. Watch the video here.
